On arrival at Guwahati Airport / Railway Station, you will be welcomed by our representative. Proceed to check in at the hotel.
Guwahati is the gateway to Northeast India and one of the fastest-growing cities in the region. Nestled on the banks of the mighty Brahmaputra River and surrounded by rolling hills and greenery, Guwahati offers a blend of religious, cultural, and natural attractions.
Depending on time and interest, you can explore popular tourist sites such as:
Evening: Enjoy a scenic sunset cruise on the Brahmaputra River (subject to weather conditions).
Overnight stay in Guwahati.
After breakfast, drive to Shillong, the capital of Meghalaya, also known as the “Scotland of the East” due to its climate and picturesque landscapes. En route, stop at the beautiful Umiam Lake (Barapani) — an artificial reservoir surrounded by pine forests and hills.
After check-in and refreshment at your Shillong hotel, spend the evening exploring nearby local markets.

After breakfast, proceed to Cherrapunjee (Sohra), around 60 km from Shillong. Famous for being one of the wettest places on Earth, Cherrapunjee offers a stunning display of natural beauty.
Places to visit:
On your return journey, stop at Shillong Peak (for panoramic views of the city) and Elephant Falls.

Early morning drive to Mawlynnong, known as the “Cleanest Village in Asia” (awarded in 2003), located in the East Khasi Hills. Explore the charming village, walk across the Living Root Bridge, and enjoy the local culture and natural beauty.
En route, visit Dawki — a serene town on the Indo-Bangladesh border, famous for the crystal-clear waters of the Umngot River. Boating here is a must.
Return to Shillong by evening.

After breakfast, enjoy a brief Shillong city tour covering:
Later, drive back to Guwahati. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel. In the evening, visit Sankardev Kalakshetra, a cultural institution that showcases the art, heritage, and lifestyle of Assam and Northeast India. The museum houses traditional attire, jewelry, and cultural exhibits.
Optional: Enjoy shopping at local markets like Fancy Bazar, Paltan Bazar, and Ganeshguri.

After an early breakfast, head toward Krang Suri Waterfalls – one of the most spectacular and serene waterfalls in Meghalaya, located near Jowai. Enjoy the crystal-clear blue waters and the peaceful surroundings.
On the return journey, visit the Laitlum Canyons, often referred to as the “End of the Hills”, offering breathtaking panoramic views of deep gorges and rolling hills.

There are so many Tourist places in Guwahati from Religious to Adventure, i.e – the famous Kamakhya Temple, Nabaghra Temple, Basistha Ashram, the Cultural Hub Sankar Dev Kalakhetra , State Zoo cum Botanical Garden(Friday closed), State Museum(Monday closed), War Memorial, Digholi Pukhuri Park where you can enjoy Boating in the Evening and etc. In the evening enjoying Cruise on Mighty Brahmaputra River (according to weather conditions). Early morning after breakfast drive to Shillong via Borapani Lake, which is a artificial lake and people also called Umiam Lake. the capital of Meghalaya. Shillong is one of the major Tourist destinations and it is called “ Scotland of The East” for their climate and unique topographical features. Check in Hotel, after refreshment time spent at Local nearby markets. Back to Hotel and overnight stay at Shillong.
Morning after breakfast drive to Cherapunjee, via Dawki. Cherapunjee is the small hamlet and it is situated on the Southern most point of the Khashi Hills. Cherapunjee localy known as “SOHORA” . On the way come across several waterfalls, Limestone Caves, Root Bridge, spectacular Seven Sisters Falls, Mawsmai Cave and Thangkharang Park and etc. In the evening return to Shillong and on the way visit Shillong Peak and Elephanta Falls. Back to Hotel. Overnight stay at Shillong.
Day 4:- Shillong- Guwahati
Morning after breakfast half day Shillong city Tour, visit Lady Hydral Park and etc and proceed towards Guwahati. After reaching check in Hotel and after some refreshment visit Sankar Dev Kalakhetra, a place where Assamese history and culture is depicted in a open enclosure. It has a beautiful museum where they preserved the traditional dresses and Jewellery of Entire North east India. After that free for marketing in a local market area like Fancy Bazar, Paltan bazaar, Ganeshguri etc. Back to Hotel and overnight stay at Guwahati.
Day 5:-Guwahati to Onward Journey
Morning after breakfast check out from Hotel and proceed to Airport/ Railway Station via Kamakhya Temple for Onward Journey with Great Tour for Great Memories of Sarothi Tourism…!
